Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Riddell at our weekly Porta Blu Cooking Series for a variety of fun classes, tips and tricks to enhance your culinary journey or to just have fun. This week it's all about fall, Halloween and your favorite treats. After the class you even might have some tricks up your sleeve. We will have a fun-filled evening, carving pumpkins and creating extravagent hot chocolates. This hot chocolate is a bit complex and made from scratch with different variations and unique twists.
