Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Riddell at our weekly Porta Blu Cooking Series for a variety of fun classes, tips and tricks to enhance your culinary journey or to just have fun. This week we will travel to Japan where we learn how to make our own Sushi. Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on cooking class, you'll learn all the skills needed to make sushi-rolls at home, including how to prepare sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty neta (ingredients) to enhance your dining experience. Salmon is used in this class along with carrots, avocado, cucumber and nori. This is a hands-on class. Wine will be served Dinner will be served (the sushi you rolled) Space is limited and reservations are required. $45 per person.
