Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST), Patagonia Palo Alto, and Kitchen Table Advisors are pleased to invite you to the free screening of The Biggest Little Farm, a film that chronicles the eight-year quest of John and Molly Chester as they trade city living for 200 acres of barren farmland and a dream to harvest in harmony with nature. Featuring breathtaking cinematography, captivating animals, and an urgent message to heed Mother Nature's call, The Biggest Little Farm provides us all a vital blueprint for better living and a healthier planet. Doors will open for the screening at 6:00. Come early and meet representatives from local farming groups, stop by the POST Informational Table, or enjoy some refreshments from the concession stands. The film will start promptly at 7:00 PM and has a runtime of 1 hour, 32 minutes. POST has protected 77,000 acres in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties since 1977. Our farmland program seeks to reverse the trend of disappearing farmland in San Mateo County through a combination of land acquisition, legal land protection and strategic investments in infrastructure.
